Account hacked need help

 someone is using my account at the same time as me (not someone i know) and i cant get them off i have changed password multiple times and they keep getting back in this is riduclous. it is probably a bot because it only listens to songs for about 30 seconds. there should be a way to block unkown devices from using your account.
