Account hacked

You are my last hope.

My account has been hacked and somebody is connecting and using my premium account. I wouldn't mind that much if my music wasn't stopped by the hacker when he/she wants to enjoy spotify at the same times as me...

I can connect via facebook, but the account password has been changed, and when I try to reset it via the form, I don't get any email.

I tried ALL solutions described in the Help section. Many times. Didn't work.

I tried to contact support with the form. Many times. No reply.

What shall I do ?

When did you reach out to Support? It can take 48 hours to receive a reply.

Also, make sure to check your spam/junk folder. 🙂

First time was 28/09,  second time was oct 1st monday, and last time was last thursday oct 4th. Junk folder has been checked.

You might want to try everything in the contact form to land yourself with one of the live chat people 🙂 Best of Luck!

I'd recommend following the second step that's listed in this support article in an incognito/private window in your browser.

I also recommend entering an alternative email address if you're asked to enter one.

However, I tried 54 combinations without any luck. 

Any chance you know which topic triggers the live chat?

Nope, didn't work either. They don't ask me my email adress. I posted another request just in case. I get the confirmation email, which shows i can get emails from them.
