Somebody seems to be using my spotify account, I've changed my password but they still seem to have access and adding playlists.

Hi there and welcome to the community,

I would recommend to sign everyone out. This can be done by visiting the Account overview page. Then pres the button "Sign out everywhere". Then change your password again.

If you still think that someone has unauthorized access to your account, then get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. When you are locked--out, use the alternative form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, it is essential that you do the 'Sign Out Everywhere' first and change your password so you're completely sure every device is signed off.
