Subscribe to family membership, but my family member account are not displayed in administrator page

Subscribe to family membership, but my family member account are not displayed in administrator page

I have family membership, which I add my wife's account into it. It was working fine until today, suddenly my wife's account was saying that it was on Free trial mode not the premium/family account.

When I went to my account page, it only says that my family plan will be renewed in 1/31/15. Nothing on that page list the other account that I added nor how I invite other family member.

Help.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you
