Account info is Incorrect

Hi there.

 

After reading about a security breach with Spotify customer info being leaked, I wanted to change my password. After clicking into my account information, I see my email has many typos. So when I try to send a reset notification to my email, it is not being received. My birth date is also incorrect, and now my boyfriend says he has the free version when I have upgraded to the family version two weeks ago.

 

Please contact me to correct my email so that I may change my password and my birth date.

 

I really wish there were a contact phone number for customer service. I'd much rather speak to someone over the phone than discuss this type of information over a message board or social media platform with millions of others. I tried sending a message through the "contact form," but guess what?! THAT SENDS TO THE TYPO EMAIL, TOO!

You can access the anonymous contact form here. Just make sure you have signed out of all Spotify accounts before you head there to avoid getting an email sent in the wrong email address. Also, after you've sent it, should you receive an automated email directing you back to the help pages, reply to that email, even if it's a no-reply! Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours...
