My Question or Issue

I registered on Spotify via Facebook. I can log in on my computer via Facebook and on my old phone. On my new phone, Spotify tells me that the Facebook account was not found. Everything is fine with the account. It exists. But it won't let me in from the new phone. I've already deleted the app on my old phone.

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community! 

 

If you're able to log in on the computer and old phone, then there's an issue happening on the new phone and we'll investigate it together.

 

Could you start by logging out from your Facebook account on the new phone if you're already logged in there and then log back in? 

 

After that, try logging in to the Spotify app on the phone once again and let us know if you encounter the same error message. 

 

If it's not working, another way to log in if you've created the account via Facebook is to reset your Spotify password and more info you can find in this help article
