Account possibly hacked or duplicate conflict

I can't log into Spotify. I leave it running in my office at work, which is a secure location, and I come home and log into the same account.

Yesterday I couldn't log into my Spotify account when I got home. And when I came in to work today I got an error message 410.

It appears as if I'm logged in, I can see all of my playlists, but I get that error 410.

And I think I see an unfamiliar Playlist at the very top which leads me to believe my account could have been compromised.

 

I'm a premium user so this is of high importance. I submitted a support case but that was early when I got into work and the lack of response is concerning.

 

And yes, I did try to reset my password... But no emails were sent.

Hi Calvin,

 

 

My Premium was set to renew yesterday but it wasn't. Was that a side effect of the recovery? Did the hijacker unsub me from Premium? I'd like to know the details of the mysterious lack of Premium before I try to resub again.
