Account potentially hacked?

Automatic payment got taken today for Spotify, noticed it was for £14.99 and not the usual £9.99

I've changed it back to premium, but i also noticed that there were two other users on the family plan and an invite had been sent to a third. (I have now removed these)

I havent invited these people?

I login to Spotify using facebook. How have they managed to do this? Is there anything i need to change to stop this happening again?

change your password immediately and contact Spotify Support.

I login to Spotify using my Facebook. I dont have to enter a password.

I've changed my Facebook Password, but that hasn't been comprimised at all.
