My Question or Issue

 Hello,

I've been using spotify premium for ages, but ever since I deleted my FB account I can't log into the account anymore. My username changed to a long random combination of numbers and letters. I can't change the password, since no e-mail adress seems to be linked to the account. I can't simply contact spotify about this unless I post here or on social media (which I don't have anymore). Bummer.

I'd like access to my account, or a transfer of my subscription. Can anyone help me with that?

Thanks in advance.

Hey @user-removed, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

I understand your concern. Did you sign up with Spotify using Facebook? If so, it won't be possible to change anything in your account.

Let me know how this goes 🙂

Hi Billy,

Thanks for your reply! I did sign up with FB I guess. However, I continue paying for a subscruption I can't use without the login info. So the only solutions I see is either getting access or cancelling the subscription. And for now my only option would be to block all payments. But that would mean also losing all family info and my playlists. I can't imagine that's the only way, is it?

@user-removed.

Thanks for the info!

Since you already have an active subscription, and still cannot access your account - I'd recommend contacting Spotify customer support as they have the tools to help you further. You can check this out here.

Have a nice day 🙂
