I have a account problems , I payed yesterday for spotify Premium and i made payment by using my facebook account then i got a mail that its payed , suddenly i got logget out from my phone device then i tried to log in again and when i did it my all lists were gone , i discovered that i got a new account username number connected to my facebook but it wasnt my old premium account , then i searched for my name and i saw there myself twice , i would like to get back to my old account. My old username is 1164774011 and the best thing u could help me with is to get this spotify account back without connecting it to facebook cuz i can't  log in on my old username , and i didnt help with clicking on forgot your password.

Hi Gohan91,

We can fix this for you - but you will need to log out of the Spotify application.  Could you please reply back to this message once you have logged out?  I will then send you a link to reset the accounts and this will let you use 1164774011 again.

Sorry - I did not get a notification for this thread.. 

I can see that Samantha has sent you a reset link and you are now logged in.  Could you please reconnect your Facebook account via www.spotify.com/account/overview?  That will completely restore your account.

Please let us know if you get any further problems with this.
