My Question or Issue

Account seems to be running on another version.

So... I made an account an year ago, and I saw one of my friend Spotify app. It was different. I thought he was using a premium plan, but he kept denying. I made a new account, just to check and it was different, too.

I would use this new one, but I have a lot of songs and playlists saved, and Spotify knows my music tastes very well. Can anyone help me?

Can you let us know what are the differences between the two accounts? It would be helpful if you could send us a few screenshots or a short video so we can take a closer look.

 

As a heads up, it's normal to see differences in the UI as we're often testing possible improvements and new features. We won't be able to change how things look on your end, but we might be able to provide you with a workaround.

 

Should you decide to keep using the new account, note that you can transfer most of you content from the old one using this guide.

 

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
