My Question or Issue

Hi all - this is likely a question that has been answered before (apologies if it is!) but I couldn’t find the answer. If anyone can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate!

 

So, my account appears to have been taken over - there are a number of strange playlists appearing in my recents. I have followed the steps to rest password and sign out of all logins etc...however, why would I not have received a login notification when someone logged in? Is there a setting I would need to select to ensure it happens? It’s not the first time this has happened and I do use strong passwords, so a bit baffled...

If you see suspicious activity on your account, make sure to follow all the steps provided in this support article

If it comes to the notifications you've mentioned, you should get an email when your account is logged on with a new device or location. Here's more info on how to manage your notifications.
