My Question or Issue

I can not use my account with this e-mail: **bleep**. When I try to change my password, it says that an account with that email does not exist. But if I try to create a new account using **bleep** as my e-mail, it says that an account with that email already exists. And when I try to log in, it just stays on the same tab. I do not know what to do 😞
I hope you could help me
