Adding Members to Spotify Family

I converted from an individual premium membership to a family membership.  But, when I send an invite to join to my wife, she does not receive the invitation code in her inbox.  I checked her junk mail...it's not there. I was able to invite and sign up a different free account to the family account so I know the system works.
