Ich möchte ein Familienmitglied hinzufügen zu Premium Family und es scheitert bei der Übereinstimmung der Adressen. Bei mir ist im Account nur das Land hinterlegt. Beim Hinzuzufügenden die genaue Adresse.

Weiß jemand eine Lösung?

Thanks for reaching out. I hope you don't mind a reply in English.

 

Please ask them to try entering the correct address where you both live and when they're actually physically at that address. If it fails, you can consider updating the address on your Premium Family plan, just keep in mind that existing plan members will likely be prompted to re-verify their address.
