Guys. wth

I sent a few emails already and have no response.

Is this what you call customer support?

 

So where and when can I get customer support? And not some automated answers.

 

Every other customer support at least sends out an email that they received the email and that they are on top of things.

You don't need to do that?

Aye Maxim,
I don’t have a problem that it might take longer.

But no response at all …. not even that they received anything or customer support is busy … whatever.
At least you know as a customer.

Hello, I'm unable to receive support as well. I was able to receive support on June 22nd. But since then I've emailed spotify for artists 6-7 times with no response. I really need support to be able to track link my songs as I have my debut album coming out in three weeks!

It's odd you haven't received a reply yet. In this case, if you've received an automatic email try writing back, even if it says "no reply". 

 

Alternatively, you can write back to the same email where you received support on June 22nd. 

 

Don't hesitate to reach out again if you have questions.
