Attempted to Upgrade to Spotify Student

I receently found out about Spotify Student, and being a college student myself, decided to join. I entered in my info and it denied it saying I'd have to do a manual proof upload. I didn't have time to do that at the time, so I gave up with plans to try again later. However, I have since then noticed a charge of $4.99 from Spotify on my credit card that is still pending. I never reeived any sort of email receipt (And I checked every email account I have and all of the spam folders). I am receiving no premium benefits whatsoever on my phone or laptop, even after reinstalling/logging out and back in.

I'm here for the same issue ! It said they couldn't verify my information and still charged me ! And I'm still on the free Spotify 😭 I tried emailing them & they responded that I had to come to this community page 😒 But I want a full reinbursement since I already payed for Apple Music

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
