BEING CHARGED FOR THE PREMIUM FEATURE

I took the great offer of $.99 for 3 months but I saw in my account that I was charged $10 for the premium subscription.

 

I was told that if I cancelled my subscription by March 31st I would not be charged S10. It seems a lot of people are having the same issue. 

 

I would appreciate it if someone can direct me to someone in complete charge because I need my money back. There is no reason I should have been charged when I followed the rules by cancelling my subcription by the deadline today (March 31st). I was instead charged $10 on the deadline.

Did you follow these steps on how to cancel your subscription? Also, we automatically send a confirmation e-mail once a subscription has been cancelled. Have you checked your inbox or spam filters if you received one?
