Bought Unlimited (and was charged), but account still says "Free"...

Bought Unlimited (and was charged), but account still says "Free"...

Hello,

 

A monthy ago I bought Unlimited and the charge showed up on my credit card, but (a) I was never able to get the client to recognize it and (b) now, my account at the Web site shows that I am not signed up for Unlimited, even though immdiately after my purchase it did show it.

 

I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the client, but since the problem now seems to be with my account as well, I am not sure what to do.


Suggestions?

Hi Terry,

 

The account linked to this email address has never taken a payment from you.  Therefore it seems that you have credited another account.

 

Could you please contact the payment team at support?  They will help you find where the payment went.

 

It will help them if you could include your date of birth and zipcode in your mail.  They may also ask for payment details - so if you have the following handy, it should  help the team with your case.

 

1) Card payment - they will need the date of the payment and the authorisation code - this is 6 digits long and available from your card provider.

2) Paypal payment - they will need either the transaction ID or the invoice ID.

Calvin, thanks for the quick reply.  My bad - it was my son's account that we upgraded.  I will do mine now 🙂
