Bought family package, Code not working.

Bought family package, Code not working.

I recently bought a family package with my Father, but the code i received did not work.
Some help Would be very Nice..

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

What does your subscriptions page say? You need to be on free before you can redeem a code.

Try getting your father to remove you and add you again. An FAQ for Spotify family is available here.

It just says that it is unable to activate my code.. I tried a fra times, Then i cancelled my old subscription, and tried Again. It Said the exact same thing

Hi,

 

After you've cancelled, you need to wait for your account to revert to free before you can apply the code.

 

If, after you have reverted to free, you are still experiencing issues, you can submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can sort this out for you.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
