Bought premium but not working

Bought premium but not working

I bought premium on my phone and I have the Apple Store receipt to prove it, yet it's not working on Spotify. It still says I have the free subscription, I have tried logging out and in again, deleted the app and then got it back, and it still doesn't work. What can I do?

What do I have to do to get spotify to give me back the 20 dollars a month you have stolen from my checking account for the last 6 months? I cannot believe this company hires no one for billing questions

Jessfirth, you need to contact Apple support, Spotify can't help you with that.

Sayage1, please contact Spotify Support:
https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
Select these Options:
Subscriptions -> I canceled subscription, but have still been charged -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
