Hey! I am sorry if this has already been a subject here, but I have a problem attempting to log in. I updated to the recent version of Spotify and tried to enter using Facebook. However, it did not log me in, but instead took me to a web page which immediatley closed without even fully opening. 

Then, I tried using my email adress (the same I have on Facebook, with the same password). Nonetheless, it tells me that it seems that my firewall is blocking my access to the application. I did enter my Windows firewall configuration but only found that indeed the access was granted for Spotify to work. 

Is there something I can do to fix this?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
