Can't Play Music


Spotify does not work. All songs are unavailable and unplayable except with shuffle play. I can't skip through parts of a song. 

I was able to play music (not on shuffle) only when I was on my free trial. After that, Spotify went back to not working. 

It works just fine on my tablet but not on my phone. My phone is a Samsung A5 2017.

How can I fix this?

Unfortunately this is one of the limitations of Free spotify on mobile - you can't play specific things, only shuffle. There is no such restriction on desktop and tablet, that is why you see it only on phone. You can read more info here. When you were on trial subscription this means your were basicly using premium, that is why those restrictions were not applying to you.
