My Question or Issue

I don't know if this able to fix or not but every time I tried to update my account's country by click on "change country" and choose any country this happened.

Even though I already had premium plan this page keep appear instead of letting me continue updating my plan and my country still keeps in Vietnam. What should I do now?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Have you tried updating your account's country setting by updating your payment method yet?

 

If not, here's how you can do that:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region. You might have to click on 'Change Country' and select your new country first.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date and you should be able to change plans after that.

That's exactly what I did and it didn't work.

Can you please try it in an incognito window?

 

If that also doesn't work, I suggest canceling your subscription, wait until your account reverts to the free plan, update your country setting, then subscribe to your desired plan here.

I did that as well but no sign of working. Maybe I should follow your suggestion. Btw thanks so much for your help, I'm very appreciate it.
