Can’t change my artist profil picture

hi,

As a band we try to change our profile picture (with Spotify for Artists) but it doesn’t work. (It’s the picture you can see in the search results and on the very top of the artist’s page on mobile). Actually it’s our album artwork but we want to put our band’s picture where we are all 5.

We tried to disconnect and reconnect but it doesn’t work. We try on mobile app and on a computer too but it’s the same.

It's a good idea to give it a go also on another device and with another internet network.

If updating your profile picture still doesn't work after that, you can reach out to our Support Team for artists here. They'll happily help you update the image.
