Can't log back in to a Google-based account

My Question or Issue

Spotify randomly logged me out of my account, which I set up using my Google email address, and I can't log back into it using the "Continue with Google" option. When I attempt this, it sends me back to the login page with a message reading

"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area".
The help site recommended changing my password using my email address, which I attempted multiple times (using both my email and my username) but I never received the reset email.
In case it matters, my email address is not a gmail.com domain, but this has never caused account problems in other applications.
I know my account still exists, so is there any way I can recover it? Getting kinda desperate here.
