Can't log in ERROR CODE 3

I've reset my password 3 time's it will not let me log in. ERROR CODE 3

i've tried to make a new one but its says email is already taken 😕 Please help

Error 3 - indicates an issue with your login details

If you've not been getting the password reset emails can you reach out to Customer Services and they'll be able to take a look back stage.
