My Question or Issue

I can not log in to my account. I signed up using my Facebook information. I pay for the student premium account. I deleted my Facebook account so I do not really know why I couldn't go in and make a password or anything for my account. I know the numbers of my account ID and the name of one of my playlists. And I have the card details. I tried to send an email to Spotify, but the only thing I got back was some automated**bleep** response about posting a question here or messaging them on Twitter, which I do not have. Is there anything I can do?

Could you double-check to see if you're entering your account info correct;y? If that doesn't work follow these steps: 

  • Use this linkto reset your password
  • Try doing this using another browser or incognito mode
  • Send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown

Follow these steps in order, if they don't work. If none works, please let me know 🙂
