Can't log into my main spotify account and want to remove my bank details

I'm trying to log into my second spotify account but it will only let me log in via Facebook which doesn't give me an email or anything I have also tried to log in using my username and it also has not worked anyone able to help me?

Hi there @GhoulRX7,

Thank you for reaching out to the the Community.

In this case we suggest that you:

1. Head to your Facebook settings at www.facebook.com/settings.
2. Click Apps and Websites in the menu on the left.
3. Click See more (if you can’t see Spotify in the list of apps) and select Spotify.
4. Scroll down to LEARN MORE.
5. Copy your Spotify User ID and sign in with it into your account page.

Once your signed into your account page you should be able to see which email address you have connected to your Spotify account.

You can cancel your Premium plan by following the steps that's provided in this article. Once you've cancelled your subscription and your account reverts to our free version, your bank details will be removed from your account and you will not be charged again.
