I can login in to the website fine but can’t login to the app, I get a ‘something went wrong’ message. Using my email address and password to login on apple device.
ive tried:
updating my password and logging out of all devices
using the long user number to try to login
Deleting everything after the @ as my username and trying to login
uninstalling and reinstalling spotify
clearing the cache
still can’t get it to work. Website works fine and I’m positive I’m using the correct password.
None of the below information is required. However, the more you provide the easier it will be for us to try and help.
