Can't pay with my credit card after payment failures

I've always used my credit card to pay for my suscription. 2 months ago spotify couldn't charge me because i had no founds so i moved back to free suscription. Now that my credit card has money on it again, spotify won't let me pay with it (It always pops up a window saying there was a mistake with my bank but this is the only site where i can't pay with it so.... i assume spotify blocked the card somehow) Is there anyway to unblock my card? I don't have any other payment method 😞
