Can't redeem $0.99 offer

Everytime i try to redeem it, it says that I've already used it before, which i havent. Could it be saying this if im using the same card that another account used to get their offer? Thanks for the help!

Yes that could be why. It probably tracks it so people can't abuse the offer by making multiple accounts with the same credit card.
