Can't see my followers

My Question or Issue

Hi, my problems is that my profile on spotify does not display my followers or people I follow for some reason. When I go on my firends profile it is all good, but my page is different and I don't know why. I still have my followers, because I checked from my freinds account, but none of us can see them.

This is how it looks like:

There is no "followers" section and I'm sure it use to be. It's probably something stupid but it really bothers me.

It seems to be that on mobile if you go under “Your Library” tab and click your picture at the top left, it will take you to your profile and will show you who follows you and who you follow, along with the number of playlists you have made or have followed. This is one way to check your followers but this method is on mobile, not desktop. If you want to see the followers of your playlist im not quite sure if spotify does that anymore. I believe it tels you how many people follow the playlist, but does not show who the individuals are. I know you’re using desktop though, but this is just a possible alternative i have for you. Hope it helps!

Okay this is super weird, my mobile version of Spotify is telling me that I have no followers and following no one.

But when I look from my friends profile it shows that, I still have them.

Any idea whats going on? 😕

Hey, @ElDorado1!

It seems as if your account may just be bugging out a little bit. Any chance you could try signing out of all devices from your account panel and then signing back into all your devices? Let me know if it helps.

It didn't work 😕 I may have screw something up in option but I went over them over and over and I don't know what could be wrong. Maybe I should connect my account with facebook or something?
