Can't see songs I add to my playlist

I manually added all of my saved tracks to a playlist (around 350 songs) but when I add another song, the playlist says that the number of songs has increased, but I can't see the track(s) that I added.

It's odd that this happens. Just to confirm, is this happening across all devices? Make sure you add the songs to the playlist following one of these steps. If possible, try logging out and back in to check if the same happens.

I use Spotify on my phone and computer. The result is the same with both.

Logging out and back in did not work.

I added the songs to the playlist on my computer by selecting all my saved songs and dragging them to the playlist. I had this issue before, where I deleted all of the songs and repasted them, but after a few days of adding more songs, the same issue is occurring.
