Cancel subscription without facebook validation

Hello,

some weeks ago I deleted my account on facebook, but registered myself on Spotify with the facebook account.

I'm disappointed that I cannot remove the facebook connection, even when the account does not exist anymore... but this is another point.

Now I want to cancel my Spotify Premium subscription. Account login via spotify ID is possible, but to cancel the subscription I need to validate my account with facebook.... ?!

This is not possible anymore... How can I cancel the subscription?

This happened because Spotify's connection to Facebook is needed to be able to use Spotify because you signed up with a Facebook account.

If you still would like to use Spotify:

I suggest you contact support so they can help you transfer all your stuff including the subscription to a non-Facebook Spotify account that uses a username and password to login so you can still use it:

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

The provided contact link is not working, it's showing the spotify 404 error (this site is sleeping...).

I don't have a twitter account.. is there any other way to get in contact with support?
