All you have to do is go to your subscription overview, and click the cancel subsciprion/manage subscription button.

i am being double charged and want to cancel subscription
You can cancel your subscription from your account pages but if you are being charged twice every month the probability is that you set up two accounts, one with a username and the other with an email address.
If you get in touch with the payment team using the online contact form they can help get this sorted. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.

I am also trying to cancel my subscription. I have gone into subscription overview and then tried, without success, to get into the manage subscription section. This has been over a week now. HELP!!!

If you don't see a cancel option,
You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.
To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
