Cancelled premium instead of family

So I was suppose to cancel family to add a family member, but instead I cancelled premium. I restarted it and did everything the right way, but I sort of paid double... Can I haz some money back? 🙂

Hey shotgun_misiu,

 

Sorry that they charged you twice.

Try contacting them directly under:

https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/

Press on Subscription ----> I've been charged twice.

Press the big green button that says " I still need help"

Fill out the contact form and send it to Spotify.

They will get back to you as soon as they can!
