Cancelled subscription but still charged.

Yesterday, I looked at my bank account and there was a hold on some money that Spotify was gonna take out in a few days. So last night, I went and cancelled my subscription because I am tight on money right now. This morning I checked my account and the money is gone.
Can I get a refund? Is there anyone to contact via phone call?
