Cancelt spotify, not correct

A few weeks ago i canceld my spotify premium account and everything said it was correct. today i openend my desktop spotify and it said 'spotify premium' insted of 'spotify free' so i checked on thet site and found my account was not canceld but my payment data was erased. so something went wrong there. and now there is also a bill but i canceld my premium account so there should not be a bill.
