Log In Error on Onkyo Receiver

I had to upgrade my android app the other night and when I did this I changed my Spotify password.  Since then I have been unable to log in to my Onkyo receiver which is a CR-N755.  I can access Spotify on my android tablet and on my desktop computer but when using the Onkyo all I get is "Log-in error".  I am a Premium subscriber and I contacted Customer Support 48 hours ago and have only had the standard automated reply (which is pretty lame in my book).  I am on the point of cancelling my subscription as I have tried everything I can think of to try and sort this problem out.  If anyone could help I would be really grateful.

Weird, did Onkyo let you enter the new password? Does it contain any special characters?

Hi . I have the same problem with this , I removed special characters reset the amplifier. . No joy everything else works ..laptop ,mobile and pc .
