Cannot Connect Spotify to Facebook

I am having an issue connecting my Spotify account to Facebook. When I click "connect to Facebook a login window opens, the window is visible when I press ALT TAB on my keyboard however it does not appear on the screen so I cannot login and connect the two accounts.

Hey,

This may be an error created by a unstable internet connection or it may be caused by facebook itself. 

Try this again a bit later, after you log out and login agin.

If this error continues let me know.

I have logged out and logged in multiple times, still cannot connect my Facebook account to Spotify.

I am so sorry to hear that you are still having problems. 

Try from another device or try deleting all the cache data stored in your browser and try again

I don't really understand how the browser cache could be affecting the Spotify desktop app. When I click "connect to Facebook" the login to facebook window is there but doesn't appear on the screen, only when I press ALT+TAB can I see it.

Sorry to hear that you still have problems.

Try to connect your spotify to facebook from your mobile device and let me know if it works.
