Cannot Log In To Mobile Apps

My Question or Issue

 I cannot log in to the mobile app on android. Any time I try, it logs me in for a second and then immediately logs me back out and sends me back to the login page with the 3 options. I also cannot log in to the Amazon Alexa app, as all I get is white where the spotify login prompt should be in the Alexa app.

Hi. I recommend updating the app from the Google App Store. If the issue persists, try resetting your password.  If these solutions dont work, contact spotify and a customer service representative should follow back up
