Cannot add Credit/Debit Card

I had previously entered a different debit card under my current spotify account but I got a new card with a new number so that card was cancelled. Now when I try to enter my new card credentials it doesn't even load the form. It is just stuck on loading. Hope I get an answer ASAP.

I tried logging in with internet explorer but just wouldn't work. As for the google chrome, that's the browser I was originally having troubles with.

I only have those 2 browsers 😞

Hello again, 

I would try downloading "Firefox" on your desktop or enter your credentials on mobile. If this solution does not work I would check and see if you are not tied to a subscription from before. 

P.S Make sure you use up your first subscription before creating a new one.
