Cannot apply for 3for1 premium offer

Hi, i'm using a free account.

While listening to spotify i had one of your commercials talking about the "3 months at 9€" promition, so i clicked it and got here:

But... when i try to purchase i get this error:

"Purtroppo non puoi accedere all'offerta che stai cercando. Ma non preoccuparti, ecco un'altra offerta apposta per te."

roughly translated from italian:

"Sadly you cannot access to the offer you are looking for. Don't worry, here another offer for you."

and.. i get the standard 9€ / single month offer (too much, sorry).

I used to have a paid premium account some months ago so i should be elegible for this.. why i cannot do it?

The premium subscription you had ended before november 1st? If you should be eligible for an offer but can't get it, please get in touch with Spotify at their twitter account @SpotifyCares, facebook, or by using the contact form.

If you have had premium in the past you cannot use the offer. I am guessing that you have had premium.

@PixelPacker There is another offer that is for users who had premium but before a certain date. That's the one @HypeZ must be referring to. Check the link provided.
