Cannot change my e-mail nor my password

My Question or Issue

My first e-mail addres was from a very old unstable, unsafe e-mail service provider, which I used for registrartion to my Spotify account few years ago.

 

I realised I should change it to my proper e-mail address, but I've forgotten my password to Sopotify. I asked  for the "reset your password" e-mail many times but it never arrives to my old mailbox. I tried it for a couple of days, and I even checked my spam and other folders, but there is nothing.

 

What can I do to change my e-mail address?

Thanks for posting about your issue on the Community!

 

If you're not getting the email, it's possible that there is a different email address registered on your account, so we'd suggest trying the Reset password form with a different address.

 

If you're sure that is the email address registered on your Spotify account, you can reach out to our support team here who should be able to help you further.
