Cannot upgrade to Spotify Premium with PayPal

Yes, Your Spotify and Paypal Accounts mush have the same Country stated!

But, If you have had a Spotify account before or you have canceled you subscription once, the Paypal Account you used previously cannot be used again. This means you will have to use a different or make a new paypal account. Its a problem on Spotifys end that needs to be fixed!

Keep in mind that all PayPal accounts need to meet the requirements you'll find here, which include that your PayPal and Spotify accounts need to be registered in the same country.

On the other hand, you should be able to purchase your Premium subscription with a PayPal account if it meets those requirements (and if PayPal is a Spotify-accepted payment method in your country). However, keep in mind that you can only get one free trial or season offer with the same payment method, so you won't be able to get a Spotify promotion on a different account with the same PayPal account.
