Cant connect to my account and pw reset email not working either

Hi,

I am using the app on a kinda old Samsung device and when I opened the app after work, I was disconnected and couldnt reconnect. I asked for a pw reset email but everytime I clic on it, it says that the link has expirer. I am subscribed for more than 4 years and thats the first time it is happening. If someone knows anything about this issue let me know

thanks for reaching out !

I would recommend using this help page to try and reset your password.

However, it's better doing it on a PC or MAC and using a incognito page for the process.

In addition, there are some more instructions on issues the may happen while trying to log in - check them out here.
