Cant reproduce songs, problem with different devices

My Question or Issue

 When i log into the spotify web reproducer i try to put any song or playlist in random and the song never appear or try to sound, but my playlists or saved songs have the songs inside, but when i log into the app from the PC and open a playlist or saved songs it shows nothing, like if it was empty. And when i try to put any song it doesnt work anyway.

I tryed cleaning the browser, uninstalling the app, and it didnt work
