My Question or Issue

Hi,

i planning to change my payment from visa to phone for Soptify family, but it seems i dont see the payment method except credit card.

but if i choose Soptify premium, they have this option : https://www.spotify.com/id/purchase/offer/default-full-price-premium-carrier-billing/

is it possible to change to carrier billing for Spotify Premium Family?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pay by mobile for Premium Family or Premium for Students (you can read about it here under "Pay By Mobile").
