Change country without changing payment method

Hi,

I am living and working for some months in a country where I don't have any local credit card.

My cards from my native country are working there and I do not need to have any.

However it seems I can't use them to get premium.

As I am here since 6 months and for some more, and as I won't have any local credit card, how can I suscribe?
